Spaces Custom Design is a family owned Kitchen and Bath Design company located
just outside Cincinnati in
Batavia, Ohio. Since 1996, owner Pam McKiernan has been
turning Cincinnati area families' dreams and ideas for their
homes into reality. Providing in-home consultation, our
design team is prepared to turn your home into a showplace,
whether you are ready to remodel your kitchen, bathroom,
basement, recreation room or just want a entertainment center
for your new wide-screen TV, or a bar area for entertaining your
guests.
Our staff sits with you and listens to you. We discuss
your wants, your needs, your dreams, your lifestyle and your
budget. At the same time, you learn about us, our process
and how we strive to remember you are a neighbor, a client, and
a family with a schedule - more than just a project.
 During our design process we discuss options that are available
to you, based on your budget. After signing your contract with
Living Spaces Custom Design, we provide you with floor plans, elevations
and perspective drawings, as well as computer outputs of your
new room.
In addition to design services, Living Spaces Custom Design will
handle your project from the initial discussions until the final
speck of dust has been wiped off the countertop. Our
project managers will oversee the plumbers, carpenters,
electricians, and other subcontractors required to bring your
new space to life. We take the stress out of what can be a
stressful time, giving you a single point of contact throughout
the project.
